Want to Rent the Village Hall?

The village maintains a hall which villagers may rent for private functions throughout the year. The facility includes a lakefront building with a 2100 square foot multi-purpose room. This is a non-smoking facility, seating up to 200 for meetings and 170 for dining. A full kitchen is present. Outside is a picnic pavilion with a charcoal grill and seating for up to 36. When not otherwise reserved, villagers may use the pavilion at no cost on an “as available” basis. For a small cost, villagers may reserve the pavilion to ensure availability. Use of the restrooms during pavillion rental is also available for an additional fee.

Events where alcohol is served require a police presence at $18 per hour, payable directly to the officer at the time of the event.

Renters must pay rental fee and deposit no later than one week prior to the rental date. Security deposits are withheld pending inspection of the facility following the event. The renter assumes responsibility for all damages and cleaning costs, which may be incurred during the rental period. Any repairs or replacement costs will be withheld from the security deposit, with any remaining balances remaining the responsibility of the renter. All events must conclude by 1:30 AM.
