Village Hall and Rentals

The Village Hall Director is the Village Official in charge of rentals at the Village Hall,

as well as maintenance and care of the facility.

The village maintains a hall which villagers may rent for private functions throughout the year. The facility includes a lakefront building with a 2100 square foot multi-purpose room. This is a non-smoking
facility, seating up to 150 for meetings and 120 for dining. A full kitchen is present. Outside is a picnic pavilion with a charcoal grill and seating for up to 36.

Events where alcohol is served require a police presence at $18 per hour, payable directly to the officer at the time of the event.

Renters must pay rental fee and deposit no later than one week prior to the rental date. Security deposits are withheld pending inspection of the facility following the event. The renter assumes responsibility for all damages and cleaning costs, which may be incurred during the rental period.

Any repairs or replacement costs will be withheld from the security deposit,

with any remaining balances remaining the responsibility of the renter.

All events must conclude by 1:30 AM.

Corporate 8AM-6PM $150


Noon – 6PM $125

Noon – Midnight $200

Hall rentals require a $100 damage deposit.

Pavilion Only $25

Pavilion w/restroom access $35

Pavilion rentals require a $50 damage deposit.

Rubbish and Yard Waste Pick up

Village of Timberlake Recycling and Rubbish Rules and Regulations General Information Time of Collection: To ensure your recycling and rubbish materials removal, please place the rubbish on the opposite side of your driveway from the recyclables, by 7:00 A.M. Day of Collection: Rubbish collection will be picked up each week on Friday. Recycling materials will be picked up on the same day as rubbish collection every other week except when a holiday falls on or before your regular pickup day.
