The Timberlake Village Hall is a non-smoking facility which villagers may rent for private functions throughout the year. Councilperson Linda Murphy is the Official responsible for legislation relating to the Timberlake’s Village Hall  and works with the  Mayor in regards to charge of rentals, maintenance, building care, and any matters pertaining to the Village Hall facility.

Residents, when renting the Hall, please do your part to keep the Hall in top condition for your and others use. See Rental Agreement for terms of rental, including clean-up afterward requirements. When residents do their part, it keeps rental cost down.

The Lakefront Multi-Purpose Room Facility features:
• Space of 2,100 sq. ft. • a Neutral Color Palette • Carpeting throughout with a centrally located Dance Floor • 2 Walls of Windows • 1 Wall of Mirrors • A Chair Rail throughout the Room • a Gas Fireplace with Stone Front and Hearth • a Large Lobby • Seperate Mens and Womens Bathrooms • and Coat Racks • Plenty of Trash and Recycling Cans • Seating that allows for up to: • 150 for Meetings and • 120 for Dining • 6 ft. Round Tables • 8 ft. Rectangular Tables • Folding Metal Chairs • Podium
A full kitchen is present features:
• Plenty of Workspace • An Island, Counter-Tops, Shelves, and Storage for during your Event • 2 Deep Sinks • One Garbage Disposal • Commercial Refrigerator • Gas Oven and 6-Burner Stove Top • Microwave
Outside features:
• Large Covered Picnic Pavilion overlooking Lake Erie • Charcoal Grill • Picnic Table Seating for up to 36

Step 1 )    Renters MUST call Linda to Reserve the Date and Time of their event. The Hall is rented on a first come first served basis.*

Step 2 )    Your event will be “penciled in” as “RESERVED” on the Events Calendar.

Step 3 )    To SECURE* your BOOKING:

                    • SUBMIT your completed Rental Agreement

                    • and PAY your Security Deposit

Step 4 )    As soon as Step 3 is complete, your event will be shown as “HALL BOOKED” on the Events Calendar.

Step 5 )    PAY the Rental FEE no later than One Week PRIOR to your Rental Date.

Step 6 )    The KEY the the Hall will be provided the morning of your event, and must be returned immediately after the conclusion of your event.

All FEES must be Paid by Check. Make Checks out to: “The Village of Timberlake“.

Cash is NOT acceptable.

Events where alcohol is served REQUIRE a Police Presence at $18 per hour, payable directly to the Officer by the renter (person person responsible by signature on agreement) at the time of the event. NOTE: Police officer start time is scheduled one-half hour prior to scheduled event time.

…the Hall must be returned to a pre-rental state of cleanliness at the end of rental period

The Renter (person person responsible by signature on agreement) assumes responsibility for all damages and cleaning costs, which may be incurred during the Rental Period, therefore Security Deposits are withheld pending inspection of the facility following the event. Any repairs or replacement costs will be withheld from the Security Deposit, with any additional balances remaining the responsibility of the renter.

All events MUST conclude by Midnight.
